Our Team

Natalia Christofoletti Barrenha is a film researcher and programmer specialising in Latin American film. She conducted postdoctoral research at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas and was Visiting Fellow at the KU Leuven, Comenius University in Bratislava and the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. She is the co-editor of ReFocus: The Films of Lucrecia Martel (2022), and the author of several books, chapters in collective volumes and articles. She currently works as a project manager at the Cultural Section of the Embassy of Brazil in London, where she co-organises the Helena Solberg Cineclub. She is also the co-founder and co-director of Cinema Mentiré, an itinerant film club showcasing Latin American cinema across the UK.

Lei Wang, dean and professor of animation in the School of Animation and Digital Arts, Communication University of China and an award-winning Chinese animation director and screenwriter. His is best known for his work on creating successful animation series and short animated films such as Wool Wool Town (5 seasons, 2019-2022), Kim and Jim’s Wormhole(2022), Mirage House in the Clouds(2022), Spirits of the Drowning Girls(2020)and Tacit Blue (2020). He was honored with National Culture and Arts Awards, Outstanding Domestic Animation Awards of National Radio and Television Administration for 11 times and more than 10 Oscar qualified international animation awards.

Jonathan Levi

Jonathan is an entrepreneurial executive producer and a BAFTA nominated documentary director with hundreds of hours of unscripted programming under his belt. Previous roles include Creative Director at Blue Ant Studios and Executive Producer at Warner Brothers’ factual label Renegade, with numerous credits. Some of these include his four-part drama series for ITV, Hatton Garden that he produced with Oscar nominated Jeff Pope. For ITV, he made a Ross Kemp Armed Police series which required access to multiple police forces across the country. He also made the CBBC documentary series, School of Rock which had access to Andrew Lloyd Webber and The Really Useful Group, as well as entertainment formats like the 10-part Used Car Wars for Dave and factual entertainment formats Don't Tell The Bride and ITV2’s innovative, factual entertainment format, Evil Monkeys.
He served in previous executive roles at ITV Studios as Head of Arts and Popular Culture and Executive Producer of The South Bank Show - the UK’s longest running arts documentary series. Whilst at ITV his credits include the landmark access series Broadmoor, which took 5 years of negotiations, ministerial approval, and a year to film. His other credits include Tulisa: The Price of Fame (BBC3 and BBC1), Ewan McGregor: Cold Chain Mission (BBC2), Ronnie Corbett’s Comedy Britain (ITV), Mystery Map (ITV) and the BAFTA-nominated 28 Up South Africa for Al Jazeera and ITV.
In his spare time, Jonathan writes true crime nonfiction including Hatton Garden, which accompanied his ITV drama series and the Sunday Times top 10 best seller Inside Broadmoor, which also got to number 1 across all categories on Audible and is currently a funded scripted premium drama series with CBS, Miramax and Fulwell 73. His new book published later in 2023 is about the secretive world of Close Protection. All his books are published by Bonnier.
