On the afternoon of April 27, 2023, the Short Film Exchange and Sharing Salon organized by the organizing committee of Beijing-London Short Film Festival was held in the Youandme Booking Coffee. Experts and professors from film and television schools were invited to share with students from Communication University of China, China Agricultural University and Beijing Second Foreign Language University in the form of "film appreciation + discussion."
"Ephemera Diary" by Zhang Kerui from the School of Animation and Digital Art of the Communication University of China shocked people both in its conception and composition. It made people sigh about the passage of time and the fleetingness of life, reminding us to live each day to the fullest despite our helplessness.
AI has deeply penetrated into our lives. Will it evolve self-awareness? Zheng Yugao from the Animation and Digital Arts School of the Communication University of China presented "The Feather of Artificial Intelligence," which provided a thought-provoking and terrifying answer. If you want to know the answer, you will have to find out in our upcoming events!
At the salon event, the short films presented are either thought-provoking or hilarious or face-stopping. The audience deepened their understanding of the film through interactive discussions with the creators.
The salon event of the short film festival provided a platform for participants to communicate, socialize, relax, and make friends. It created a good atmosphere for interaction and ignited everyone's enthusiasm for participating in the festival. We hope that more friends will join us in the upcoming events, allowing youth to soar and dreams to take off!
