The story revolves around Li Ran, an artificial intelligence scientist who wakes up one day in a pink room, realizing that his hands and feet are bound. In the room, there is a television continuously playing footage of himself. Despite various attempts, he fails to exit the room, finding himself restrained on a mechanical seat every fifteen minutes. In his attempts to escape, he accidentally presses a button on the television, revealing another version of himself delivering a shocking revelation.

 

In Seven Days Cage, the protagonist is a scientist confined to a pink room. The room resets periodically, and the scientist becomes more adept at discovering how to escape each day. The film delves into the idea of humans transforming into artificial intelligence or the relationship between the two.
